Rate Date 22.08.21 Recommend Recommend View 143 <meta charset="utf-8"> I placed one order but it said that it did not go through the first time saying it was declined so I did it again the second time it did go through but my bank notified me that I was charged twice through Paypal. I tried to email you twice with no one answering. how should I go forward in this situation?
