■ Returns & Exchanges

Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges. Refunds are issued once the returned products clear our inspection.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

1) Returns due to defective item(s) or wrong delivery

We accept return(s).

Please contact NEIKIDNIS Customer Service via email or Q&A board within 7 days of delivery.

(Make sure to include the order number, product name, and pictures of the defective item or wrong delivery.)

Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company.

Please kindly pay for return fee in advance as COD cannot be used for international shipping.

The amount will be refunded to the customers once parcels are arrived at our inventory and checked by the relative team.

you can scan the return receipt and either mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the Q&A board or mail.

The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

2) Returns due to Change of mind

Please contact NEIKIDNIS Customer Service via email or Q&A board within 7 days of delivery and ship your package within 3 days of return request.  

(Make sure to include your name, order number, product name/code, reason for return. reason for return.)

All return due to Change of mind must be sent via EMS service.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs (international).

*Your return is not processed if the tags/labels of the items are damaged or if there are traces of use (applicable to defective items as well)

*Your return is not processed if you ship your item without prior notice.

*When returning the items, all the components including packaging should be in original condition.

*Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

3) Missing items

If any of your item(s) is missing in your parcel, please contact our CS team within 3 days from you receive the box. When contacting us, please send us the pictures described below.

(Picture of the box, Picture of all items you received, Order list, pictures of each barcode of the item)

If confirmed of missing, we will send you the product right away, however, some products may go out-of-stock.

All the costs related to re-sending will be borne by NEIKIDNIS.

We sometimes send products separately for our customers' favor. Please double check this on your [My page] whether your order is partially shipped.
